At PourVida, we take pride in the quality of our coffee and the experience we provide. Because our products are prepared fresh and are perishable, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds as a standard policy.
Your satisfaction, however, truly matters to us.
If you are unsatisfied with your order and are seeking a good-faith resolution, you must contact us within 24 hours of your purchase. We’re always willing to review concerns when they’re brought to us promptly and respectfully.
To request a review, please email us at Info@PourVidaCoffee.com with:
• Your name
• A brief description of the issue
• Your original receipt
• Any applicable photos (optional but helpful)
Please note:
• Refund or replacement considerations are not guaranteed and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
• We do not make verbal arrangements for refunds.
• Requests made through social media, text, or outside the 24-hour window will not be considered.
